The Burley Lions owns three eye screening machines which are used by the Cassia County School District and many health fairs in the area

Lions are known as "knights of the blind," focusing on programs and services for the blind and visually impaired – and aim to eliminate preventable and reversible blindness.

Burley High School Leo Club

The Leo Club of Burley High School is a student directed service club that helps the Burley Lions Club with various service projects as well as performing their own service projects.
