The Burley Lions Club has been very supportive of our Senior Citizens Center They have provided many services for which the Seniors and the Center are very grateful. When we were in the process of raising funds to build our current building, they were there to help with pancake breakfasts, auctions, and donations of money. When the building was completed they helped with yard work. When we needed to replace the carpet the Burley Lions again came to the rescue with a donation to assist with the fund raising to upgrade and replace the worn carpet. The Golden Heritage Senior Center is so appreciative of the support the Burley Lions provide for our Center and our Seniors. The Lions are dependable, willing, gracious, ready, and happy to provide the service and care that is needed to help the Seniors in our area feel that they are still an important part of the community.
